Just got it back from the powder coater today! It's VERY NICE! Couldn't have asked for more. What's most impressive is the severely rusted and corroded pieces, the head light shell, and the top steering harness. They look new now, but I honestly intended to replace them before this. The pictures just can't do it justice. It ended up at $230 for everything you see here. The guy was very nice about it but said he'd never do a frame like this again. It only allowed him 3" of clearance on all sides inside his oven. I will definitely be going back to him for the calipers and the lower steering harness which I forgot the first time. I started the install of the bronze bushings in the swingarm and the tapered roller bearings in the steering neck. I'll get the blue part's bike's frame out soon and put it side by side with the newly coated frame for comparison's sake.
